THE ABYSS
I first saw the abyss when i went to a beach party at roker last july to see "this is" perform and the abyss just so happened to be performing too. i was soo impressed that when i got home i went onto their website and left my email addy. next thing i know the main singer, mikey was talkin to me on msn messanger, and before long i had downloaded the songs and was listening to them 24/7. to this day i am still great mates with mikey and i still listen to their songs often! on vocals and guitar is mikey, drums is michael and bass is dan! A WOMEN OF NO IMPORTANCE
a women of no importance are the best local band around! featuring amazing vocals wonderfull guitar riffs and the haunting sounds of........wine glasses? this band is definatly worth seeing.........i should know i jump at every opertunity to see them.........even if that means sneaking in and watching them reherse! members vocals and guitar: MARC guitar, backing vocals and wine glasses: MATT

UNDER THE INFLUENCE
under the influence are a brand new band made up of 4 of my realy close friends. i haven't had the opertunity to hear them yet but i know one of thier songs off by heart as i gave the starting line for it to freddy and helped to write the words to it down! this should be an very interesting band as all the members are pretty much influenced by many different things to each other, so if all of this rubs of onto each other and a mix of influences are put into the sound of the band, they're gonna be the most original, unusual and completely amazing band ever to walk the north east!!!!!!!! i will await seeing them with great aticiption!!!! good luck guys! members
